Commented Unassigned: Can't download the App [7961]

After downloading this Application [here](https://yavc.codeplex.com/downloads/get/clickOnce/Yamaha%20AV%20Control.application) i cant execute anything.. I get the following messages, roughly translated from German:

A little window opens:
"loading" window opens and says "Application is getting started"
followed by:
"This application cant be started.: The Application could not be downloaded. Necessary files are missing in the application. Please contact the developer of the application."
Clicking on Details opens a text document which i will attach down here, together with the screenshots.

I hope someone can help me, i really would love to use this App on my PC, since i am using you Windows Phone App since a while.

Any updates to each of them would be greatly appreciated ;)

I tried to download the Yamaha AV Controller app for Windows 8 or higher to control my RX V677. But this is not possible then tells me that my computer is missing files and contact the supplier. You can send this application or tell me how to solve this problem ?. Thank you.
